The Wellness and Therapy Center

Our 1,000 square foot wellness center is divided into two halves. About 60% of our center is home to our Personal Fitness Training Studio. It houses some of the most up to date, state-of-the-art training equipment available, including select pieces from companies like Cybex, Magnum, Bandit, Icarian, Stairmaster, NuStep and others.

Unlike what you would likely find in most crowded gyms, our center is designed specifically to allow the trainer to focus 100 % of his or her attention on your individual needs and goals and get maximum results fast and safely. You never have to wait to use equipment. No crowds to be concerned with. You and your trainer will stay focused on achieving your goals and objectives.

Beyond the Training Studio is the serene environment of our Therapy Suite. Here, we address your therapeutic needs, be it Physical Therapy for rehabilitation, or Massage Therapy to relax and renew the body and mind. When you enter the Therapy Suite, you hear the gentle sound of a waterfall and soft calming music, helping your senses to quickly relax. Whether your goal is to relax or to heal, we have several forms of Massage available to help achieve results.
